- Contact & quote details: name, email, phone, service address, preferred dates/times, property details, job notes.
- Commercial information: services requested, estimates, invoices, payment status (payments handled by third-party processors).
- Customer content: before/after photos or videos of your property, testimonials/reviews you submit.
- Communications: emails, calls/voicemails, text messages, and messages via our site or social channels.
B. Information collected automatically
- Device/usage data: IP address, browser type, page views, referring/exit pages, timestamps, and general location (city/region) derived from IP.
- Cookies & similar tech: to operate the site, remember preferences, and measure site traffic (see §8).
C. Information from third parties
- Scheduling, payments, and analytics providers (e.g., calendar, invoicing, payment gateways, analytics).
- Public/review platforms when you engage with our profiles or leave reviews.
We do not intentionally collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7) Photos, Videos & Testimonials
Before/after images help us provide estimates, document results, and showcase our work. We avoid posting materials that reveal precise addresses or personal identifiers. If you prefer we not share images of your project, please tell us before service or anytime via email, and we’ll honor your request. Testimonials may display your first name/initial and city unless you ask us to anonymize further.
9) EEA/UK Privacy Rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. If processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To exercise, contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
