Accessibility Statement

Conejo Valley Power Washing Last Updated: October 5, 2025

1) Our Commitment

Conejo Valley Power Washing is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and follow best practices for usability and inclusive design.

2) Standards & Measures

  • Use of semantic HTML for structure and landmarks.
  • Meaningful link text and accessible names for interactive elements.
  • Text alternatives for images that convey information.
  • Color contrast targeted to meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 AA.
  • Keyboard navigability and visible focus states.
  • Proper heading hierarchy and label/description associations for form fields.
  • Responsive design for mobile and zoom up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
  • Regular audits of new content/components for accessibility issues.

3) Browser & Assistive Tech Compatibility

We test with modern browsers (Chromium, Firefox, Safari) and aim for compatibility with common assistive technologies, including screen readers and platform magnifiers. Some older browsers may not fully support current accessibility features.

4) Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. As we add new pages and features, we review and improve against WCAG criteria and user feedback. If we identify issues, we prioritize fixes based on user impact and technical scope.

5) Third-Party Content

Our site may include third-party widgets, embeds, or integrations (e.g., maps, review tools, video players). While we strive to select accessible solutions, we do not control the accessibility of third-party content. We welcome reports of any barriers so we can work with providers on improvements or offer alternatives.

6) Known Limitations

We continuously monitor the site; however, some content may not yet meet WCAG 2.2 AA in full (for example, legacy images without ideal alternative text or third-party iframe controls). If you encounter an issue, please let us know and we will address it promptly.

7) Feedback & Help

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you need an alternative format (e.g., a PDF or large-print version of a page) or assistance with a specific feature, contact us using the details below. Please include the page URL and a brief description of the problem.

8) Formal Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may request an internal review. If you remain unsatisfied, you may consider contacting local or national disability rights organizations for further assistance.
